By creating an account and using AfterMatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

• Violence and Gore: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
• Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully others
• Spam and Scams: Unsolicited commercial content, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake profiles
• Private Information: Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing)

3.2 Behavioral Violations

• Stalking or persistent unwanted contact
• Solicitation for illegal services or activities
• Attempting to exploit, harm, or manipulate other users
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the Service

4. Content Moderation and Enforcement

4.1 Automated Content Filtering

We employ automated systems to detect and filter inappropriate content before it reaches other users. This includes image recognition, text analysis, and behavioral pattern detection.

4.2 User Reporting System

All users have the ability to report:

• Inappropriate messages or content
• Inappropriate mood board content or gallery images
• Abusive or harassing users
• Fake or suspicious profiles
• Any violation of these Terms of Service

4.3 Content Review Process

We commit to reviewing and acting on all reported content within 24 hours of receipt. Our moderation team works around the clock to ensure user safety.

4.4 Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Content Removal: Immediate deletion of violating content

• Permanent Ban: Immediate and permanent account termination for serious violations

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of AfterMatch, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Report any inappropriate content or behavior you encounter
• Use the blocking feature to prevent unwanted contact
• Not share your account with others
• Not use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others

• Blocking: Block users to prevent all contact and visibility
• Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting system for violations
• Content Filtering: Automated detection and removal of inappropriate content
• 24-Hour Moderation: All reports reviewed within 24 hours
• Profile Verification: Optional identity verification for authentic profiles
• Privacy Controls: Control who can contact you and see your profile

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you post on AfterMatch. However, by posting content, you grant AfterMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You must have the right to share any content you post. Do not post copyrighted material without permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

AfterMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a romantic partner through the Service
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

You are responsible for your own safety. Always meet in public places, tell friends about your plans, and trust your instincts.

AfterMatch shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
